Our StoryBloom Cove was built on a simple belief: children learn best when they feel safe, seen, and free to play. That belief still guides everything we do.
Bloom Cove opened its doors in Seattle with one classroom, a garden of donated seeds, and a big dream. Founded by early-childhood educators who wanted a warmer, more playful alternative to test-driven learning, we grew — quite literally — from the ground up.
Today we care for children from six weeks through Pre-K across bright, purpose-built rooms in the Greenwood neighborhood. What hasn't changed is the heart of it: teachers who know each child by name, and days shaped around wonder rather than worksheets.
Every child is greeted by name and met with patience. Feeling safe is the foundation for learning.
Blocks, mud, music, and make-believe are serious work. We follow children's curiosity wherever it leads.
Rain or shine, we get outside. Gardens, puddles, and Seattle's seasons are part of our classroom.
You know your child best. We share daily updates and make decisions together, every step of the way.
Every family, language, and tradition is welcome. Kindness and inclusion are taught daily.
Secure entry, low ratios, and rigorous health routines give parents complete peace of mind.
The best way to feel our warmth is to visit. Book a friendly tour and meet the team.
