Meet Your ProviderHi, I'm Uma —
Welcome to BloomCove 🌿
Owner • Provider • Educator
I created BloomCove with a simple belief: children grow best when they feel safe, loved, understood, and excited to explore.
An Extension of Home
As a mother of two, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your child in someone else's care. I want BloomCove to feel like an extension of home — a place where your child is known by name, welcomed with warmth, and cared for as an individual.
I have completed Washington State-required childcare training and certifications, and I continue my professional development in early childhood care and learning. At BloomCove, I bring those skills together with something even more important: genuine care for childhood.
I believe little minds learn through doing — painting messy pictures, building towers, singing songs, exploring nature, asking a hundred questions, helping prepare something simple, listening to stories, and discovering what they can do for themselves.
One Familiar Face, Every Single Day
One of the things that makes BloomCove special is consistency. Instead of your child entering a large environment with constantly changing faces, BloomCove offers the comfort of a small, home-based setting with a familiar caregiver who gets to truly know your child — their personality, routines, interests, comforts, challenges, and milestones.
Because childcare isn't simply about watching children.
It's about knowing them.
Three Things, Every Day
I want every child who walks through my door to experience three things every day.
A place to feel loved.
Care that parents can trust.
Opportunities to grow at their own beautiful pace.
Welcome to BloomCove. I can't wait to get to know your family.
